Relapse Prevention

Nottingham Wellbeing Hub

This is a six week programme of two hour groups which can be joined at any point. Through discussion and worksheets, we will examine past ways of thinking that could lead to relapse and compare these to a pattern of thinking and belief that can support you through the challenges of changing your life, dealing with triggers, cravings and meeting life on life’s terms. Most important of all, we will emphasise our role in choosing our goals and planning to put these into action.

Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
