Recovery support
Recovery is an individual journey, and it can mean different things to different people.
There are a number of online tools that can help people on their recovery journey. We also run regular groups and offer employment support for people who are being supported by our teams.
Our Academy aims to support individual and collective recovery through learning, training, mentoring and volunteering in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Are you concerned about a friend or family member’s substance use?
We can help you. We offer support to family members, carers and friends of people facing substance use issues.
This could be via one-to-one sessions, group sessions or online support.

🌟 Introducing The Little Book of Hope 🌟
If you or someone you care about is struggling with drugs or alcohol, you are not alone. 💚 There’s a strong network of support across Nottingham – and we’ve put it all in one place.
The Little Book of Hope is an online magazine that signposts to drug and alcohol support services in Nottingham City. It features real stories from people who have accessed these services and information on how to get help.
This resource is the result of a citywide partnership including Nottingham City Council, Double Impact, Al-Hurraya, NHS and more. We are super proud to be a part of it.
Let’s keep building a community of care, hope, and recovery.
