Talk to us in confidence about…
Recovery support
Recovery is an individual journey, and it can mean different things to different people.
There are a number of online tools that can help people on their recovery journey. We also run regular groups and offer employment support for people who are being supported by our teams.
Our Academy aims to support individual and collective recovery through learning, training, mentoring and volunteering in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Are you concerned about a friend or family member’s substance use?
We can help you. We offer support to family members, carers and friends of people facing substance use issues.
This could be via one-to-one sessions, group sessions or online support.

🎄We all love celebrating with friends and family at Christmas, but remember that the best gift you can give is getting home safely.

Phil’s story is a powerful reminder of how deeply grief can affect us and how easily substance use can become a way to soften the pain of losing someone we love.
Christmas can be especially lonely or difficult for people who are grieving, and it’s okay to seek help during this time.
The Wellbeing Hub offers a dedicated grief service with compassionate support and space to talk.
