We offer a drop-in assessment service so you can start your recovery today.
One of our friendly triage team will complete your first assessment. You’ll then be matched with a support worker who will work with you to plan the next steps based on your needs.

Our Digital Doorway to Change offers flexible, online help designed for people balancing treatment with other commitments.
After a simple in‑person assessment, you’ll take part in a six‑week online programme with:
• 1:1 support from a Key Worker

• Access to our online portal
• Focused tasks to help you stay on track
You can start at any time, and after six weeks you’ll have a check‑in to plan next steps.
Accessing support when and how you need it
Structured Day Programme
This is a recovery-focused treatment programme offering an alternative to residential rehabilitation, with the additional benefits of being able to join a thriving recovery community.
Clients follow a set daily structure, attending recovery-focused workshops and groups, accessing Peer Support, and participating in fun social and leisure activities along with therapeutic sessions and community engagement.
The Academy
The Academy is a welcoming place where people in recovery can meet others with similar experiences. It offers learning, training and volunteering opportunities that help people stay on track, build confidence and find purpose.
Clients can get support with Maths, English and digital skills at a level that suits them. The team can also help people move into volunteering roles in the service or the community, and explore Further or Higher Education options.
Connect+
Connect+ is a Level 1 accredited course focused on personal development. It helps clients build skills they can use in everyday life. Once they complete it, they can progress to the Peer Mentoring programme.
Peer Mentoring
This Level 2 accredited course offers more in-depth learning. It teaches clients how to become Peer Mentors or Recovery Support Volunteers, who act as positive role models and support others across the service.
Employment support
The New Path to Employment Team works alongside our recovery teams to help people in treatment for substance use move into work.
They provide:
- One‑to‑one support to find suitable employment
- Training to build skills and confidence
- Help to match individuals with employers
- Ongoing support to overcome challenges once in work
You must already be receiving support from Nottingham Recovery Network to use this service.
