This is a 4 session group looks at what anxiety is, the reasons we experience anxiety in everyday life and when it becomes problematic as well as strategies to reduce the effects of anxiety on us through distractions, distress tolerance and mindfulness
A six session rolling group focusing on the process of relapse, the difference between lapse and relapse and relapse prevention tools including managing cravings and identifying triggers/high risk situations.
A Six session rolling group consider what drugs actually are and how they work in the brain, different theories of how addiction can develop (such as trauma and learned behaviour), and tips on how to manage triggers and cravings.

This weekly group is for clients who would like to use arts as a means of expression. There is a wide range of activities done ranging from single group activities to projects which span a longer period. There is always a consideration for therapeutic value to the task.
