    This group is a peer support group where individuals who identify as men can share their experiences as a way to help each other. Each session offers an inclusive and positive space where men can discuss topics relating to recovery and living sober one day at a time.

    This weekly group is for clients who would like to use arts as a means of expression.  There is a wide range of activities done ranging from single group activities to projects which span a longer period.  There is always a consideration for therapeutic value to the task.

    A 6 session rolling group which explores common emotions, a range of methods and models for managing emotions (including distress tolerance and mindfulness) day to day and exploring the components of what builds resilience.

    This group is for loved ones who are affected by someone else’s substance use. They do not have to live in the Nottingham City catchment area however the client does. We do also offer one to one support for this group. Each person will be able to attend 6 sessions, they don’t have to attend
