Support for 18–25 year olds

If you or someone you know is aged 18-25 and using substances in an unhealthy way, we can help.

Do you?

  • Need to speak to someone about your substance use?
  • Need support coping with someone else’s substance use?
  • Need more information about problematic drink or alcohol use?

We are a specialist support service for young people (aged 18 – 25) affected by drug and alcohol use. We offer support to both prevent unhealthy substance use and also to provide structured treatment for people already using substances in a way that is having a negative impact on their life.

Our team also provide information, advice and consultancy for professionals and family members who are concerned about a young person’s substance use.

Our services are free, friendly and confidential. Our approach is person-centred, non-judgemental and adapted to meet the needs of each individual.

We welcome all young people regardless of their background, religion, disability, sexual orientation, culture or gender.
