These workshops connect people with themselves, each other and their local communities. They raise aspirations and ambitions and generate a peer support network to promote recovery. Attendees are offered strategies and techniques to stay safe and reach their recovery goals.
This is a 9 sessions programme where clients are invited initially to have an information sessions and complete a screening assessment which supports the completion of the modules, Each of the modules covers 2 sessions and is Dialectal behaviour therapy informed. Dialectal behavioural therapy 'Dialectical' means trying to understand how two things that seem opposite
These practical peer support groups focus on the here and now in an informal and safe environment where people can share their experiences and connect with peers. They aim to build on and help develop self-awareness and resilience.
This rolling weekly peer based writing session is for clients who are looking to explore their creativity through the use of the written and spoken word. Anyone with any experience or not is welcome, just a keenness to explore is required.
Graduation will take place on Week 6 of Structured Day Programme.

This is a 4 session group looks at what anxiety is, the reasons we experience anxiety in everyday life and when it becomes problematic as well as strategies to reduce the effects of anxiety on us through distractions, distress tolerance and mindfulness
This group isn’t about just growing tomatoes. There is so much more to the group than gardening, think five ways to wellbeing meets project management, garden design, conversation, healthy debates and fun!
A Six session rolling group consider what drugs actually are and how they work in the brain, different theories of how addiction can develop (such as trauma and learned behaviour), and tips on how to manage triggers and cravings.
Skills Plus is a learning and skills curriculum with a focus on developing and enhancing key life-skills. The service is designed to offer access to a range of fun and interactive workshops within the local community, building skills in a range of topics including: Effectively managing money Shopping on a budget Communication skills Confidence building
