Connect+ Course (Level One Award in Progression)

Our Connect+ course is a Level 1 accredited learning programme focusing on all aspects of self-development.  Covering topics such as motivation, improving your own learning, building confidence and self-awareness, ways to manage stress and understanding your behaviours. All lessons and tutorials are delivered through taught sessions at the Wellbeing Hub.
